Narcissist - ego-centric, self-absorbed, self-centered, selfish, egotist

Compassion, respect, tolerance, kindness, generosity. The Narcissist is devoid of these virtues ( good apples).

The Narcissist has the following rotten apples in his basket: manipulative, inconsiderate, abusive, conniving. Master of denial.

He won't allow anyone to look in their basket to see the rotten apples (like therapy).

Be sure you look in someone's basket to make sure they have good apples in there, before going on a picnic with them.
