Walk the Talk
Talking the talk requires no risk of failure. It comes with admiration and an ego charge. The only price we pay is the exertion of air - our words (sometimes hot air). It is also like a drug in that it has a short lived high, followed by a need to get that next boost ( boast?).
Walking the talk requires effort, sacrifice and some risk to oneself. Because the talk is supported by tangible acts it is respected long after the last words fade away.
Yes, we may stumble in our walk the talk, but at least we are moving. Where as in the case of the talk only, we stand still in the same place forever.
