The Bounce of the Ball


Picture a rubber ball as it is dropped to the ground. Once it hits it should bounce. If it is super elastic it could bounce all the way back up to your hand.

In adversity our ability to continually recover on a daily basis.... is that "bounce". It is called our resiliency.

What drains your resiliency? Negative people, negative talk, lethargy, lack of fresh air???

What increases your elasticity, your bounce?

Is it love, compassion, exercise, your faith!!!!

In these incredibly difficult and stressful time, we all must seek our "bounce" daily...hourly.

If not, SPLAT!
