The String Attached to the Word

Picture a string attached to words we say. At the end of the string are ACTIONS or ACTS that support that word. It is very easy to connect the acts to "let's have fun" or "let's relax". What about words like, "I respect you", or "Ill support you" or "I am your friend", or "I love you".

Sadly I don't think we say these words enough, much less pull that string to find what we must do to support those words. Let's try to say them more, and before we say them stop and think how we can support them to those around us.
