Hateful, Angry, Jealous, Disrespectful, Caustic, Belligerent, Arrogant, Fearful, Anxious, Sad. Did a Higher Power intend for you to be this way, spewing spreading these negative feelings?

I say "NO". .... not for you and not for me.

We can control of "state of mind", and our actions from that.

Joyful, Grateful, Serene, Confident, Hopeful, Inspiring, Helpful, Kind, Trusting. Try each one in your mind for five minutes and see how better you feel. Try it for the rest of your life and see the difference it will make for you and others.
