Kaden's Way

I have a friend who has a "very active" grandson whose name is Kaden. She described one of their recent walks. She described how he would often take off from the path. He was as she described it-"all over the place". Kaden was climbing trees. Kaden was going down to the water's edge to see the turtles. Kaden was pulling up flowers to smell them.

I thought about how we walk that center line of the path of life. Intently focused on "not veering off". We don't climb trees, or explore turtles, or smell flowers.

Maybe we can take a lesson from Kaden's way on our own paths of life.
