Speak Softly, Walk Gently

We have become a society of who can yell the loudest or insult the worst. It doesn't matter whether the message is good for all or the facts are correct. Both become lost in the "noise".

If our message is true and factual it should stand on its own. Its presentation calmly and with civility only strengthens it. We praise great leaders from the past like Lincoln, Gh

andhi, and Martin Luther King-yet we act in ways so foreign to them. No idea is perfect. Whatever its flaw is an opportunity for both compromise and coming together.

We should walk gently on this earth and speak softly so it will be here for future generations.
