The Rubber Band

Picture a rubber band that you keep stretching over and over. If you look closely you can see the sides becoming frayed and breaking down. It was meant to be stretched, but it needed rest to regain it's elasticity. Are you frayed and breaking down? Be careful you may stretch your rubber band once too much!
