The Replayed CD

We have all had a terrible part of our lives. That event creates a painful memory. We do all we can to "move on" from it. Our lives become better. Happiness returns.

Picture that memory being recorded on a CD.

Many of us make a conscious decision to take the CD out and replay it, over and over again. Now we relive all the pain, all the hurt. Not only should we NOT replay it, we should break it it a million pieces so we can never replay it again!
