Sifting the Sands of Our Lives

Watching children at play in the sand we can see how easily they sift the sand between their fingers. When they come across rocks or other things that don't feel natural they quickly discard them and go on playing with the sand. We should learn from them as we "play" in our lives, sifting out and discarding those "rocks" in our lives.
